• a corporate logo (on the mallet)
• a country club logo (on the mallet)
• an individual logo (on the mallet)
• a name or initials (on mallet or blade)

Putter Customization Fees:

• LOGOS: initial set-up (for one putter) ...$40 surcharge
• additional putters with the same LOGO ...$35 surcharge each
• NAMES and/or INITIALS ...$30 surcharge per putter
